Here’s a sneak-peek into the projects I’m working on and have coming up!  I may not tell you exactly what I have planned, but I’ll give you an idea…

Books, e-Books, and Audiobooks

  • 19 Recipe Book Concepts including … More baking, Pantry meals, Baking for sassy folks, Cooking for single folks, Compilation cookbooks, Cooking for kids, Pot-Luck cooking, Slow cooker recipes, Gluten Free recipes, Coffee cakes & muffins
  • 3 Children’s Books — 1 mostly done, 2 in note-form.
  • Poetry is making a come-back and I have poetry to publish!
  • 1 or 2 Secret Books …. ssshhhh, it’s a secret!
  • Post-Apocalyptic — I’ve had a 4-book SF/PA series bouncing around in my head since the early 1990s.  This is a story that eaten away at the back of my mind and developed into a set of ever-growing notes.  Tom Trimbath and I are talking about writing our sci-fi books into the same universe, launching a writers’ collaboration.  Since Tom proposed the idea this project has grown to include 3 additional books and a backstory book comprised of interrelated short-stories.
  • Thriller — Between Summer 2019 and 2020 an idea grew based on my seasonal work … in short, a Jack Reacher SCUBA diver.
  • Fiction — Who doesn’t have a few sets of notes for screen plays and rom-coms? I also have an urban-fantasy story I’ve been thinking about since college …. well, the first time I was in college.
  • Science-Fiction — I have a sci-fi concept that involves vampires and battle robots …. PHHT, and who doesn’t?!?
  • Highland Bagpipe Related Books — I have 1 instruction book mostly completed and 1 in note form, I also have notes for a salacious tell-all book.  I have 1 sheet music book mostly completed consisting of my personal compositions & arrangements.   In addition to these I have designs for 6 other sheet music books … well, currently 6.
  • 4 Instruction Sets for DIY Sewing — A backpack, a convertible mini-pack/chest-pack, water pouch pack, and a satchel bag.
  • Other Authors & Their Projects — As much as I can I assist various writer friends in finishing and publishing their books.  Watch for updates on The WIBC blog.

Albums

  • Audiobook Narration — I have been strongly considering getting into the field. People tell me I have a voice for the work and I have the recording gear … so, why not?  Having done a considerable amount of research I’ll start with narrating my own books.
  • BagpiperDon — I only have about 30 album concepts for my personal piping.  These range from traditional to contemporary, some of which are too innovative to describe …. so you’ll just have to wait for these to release.
  • Nae Regrets — NR has 1.5 albums that are planned out and otherwise ready to record.  The “0.5” is an EP we will pair with the re-release of Ceòl gu Brath EP.  The “1” album is the new and always desired direction I’ve had for the band … and we only have 30-40 song ideas ready for this.  There are additional ideas being bounced around for an album completely consisting of covers of a famous band’s music.
  • Archive Of Resonance — I have 4 recordings ready to become albums; these need a graphic artist and one of my musician-friends to help refine the audio.  I have about 12 other AOR recordings planned.
